The app is local-first. Please do not email vehicle photos, booking references, plates, VINs, identity documents or exported reports unless support specifically requests a redacted example.
这个 App 的数据默认只留在你手机上。除非我们明确要你提供一份遮挡过的示例，否则不要用邮件发车辆照片、预订号、车牌、车架号（VIN）、证件或导出的报告。
Contact
Email info@tjnovaltd.com with the app version, iOS version, device model and a description of the screen or error. Do not include passwords or one-time codes.
发邮件到 info@tjnovaltd.com，写清 App 版本、iOS 版本、设备型号，以及出问题的那个页面或报错内容。不要写密码和验证码。
Photo will not save
Review the brightness, sharpness and resolution message. A protected stored copy must be created successfully before the capture is added. Existing records are preserved if the save fails.
先看提示说的是太暗、太糊还是分辨率不够。照片必须先成功存进手机，才会写进这条行程。存失败的话，之前存好的不受影响。
Comparison is unavailable
Both matching pickup and return copies must exist and decode. Replace a missing capture. The experimental comparison can also react to lighting, rain, dirt and camera position.
取车和还车这个角度的照片都得在、都能正常打开。缺哪张就补拍哪张。对比结果还会受光线、下雨、车脏和站位影响 —— 它标出来的是"值得你自己看一眼的地方"，不是结论。
Export or deletion failed
Keep the app open and retry after verifying free device storage. ClearReturn reports an incomplete deletion instead of claiming success. Exported copies are not deleted by Delete Local Trip.
先看看手机还有没有存储空间，让 App 停在前台再试一次。删得不干净时 ClearReturn 会直说，不会假装成功。已经导出发出去的副本，"删除本地行程"清不掉。
What this app is not
ClearReturn is not an emergency, roadside, insurance, legal, fraud or repair-estimate service. Follow the rental location's rules and avoid capturing bystanders or unrelated vehicles.
ClearReturn 不是紧急救援、道路救援、保险、法律、欺诈认定或维修估价服务。请遵守租车网点的规定，拍摄时避开路人和无关车辆。
